Thank you for playing HexCon ("the Game"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and your rights as a user.

HexCon does not require you to create an account.

We do not collect personal information such as:

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Home address

  • Contacts

  • Photos or media files

Game Data

The Game may store the following information locally on your device:

  • Game progress

  • Completed levels

  • Player settings and preferences

  • High scores

  • Saved game state

This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Internet Access

Certain features, such as online multiplayer gameplay or matchmaking, require an internet connection.

At this time, HexCon does not use analytics services to track player behavior.

HexCon does not display third-party advertisements.

If advertising is introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.

HexCon is intended for general audiences.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected unintentionally, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Because game data is stored locally on your device, its security depends largely on your device's security settings.

While we strive to build secure software, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your Rights

Since we do not maintain user accounts or collect personal information, there is generally no personal data stored by us to access, modify, or delete.

You may remove locally stored game data at any time by:

  • Clearing the app's storage through your device settings; or

  • Uninstalling the Game.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Any updates will be reflected by revising the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
