  • Attendance records (time-in, time-out)

📱 Device Information

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token (for push notifications)

We use the collected data to:

  • Authenticate users securely

  • Display student attendance data

  • Send real-time attendance notifications

  • Improve app performance and reliability

All student and attendance data are securely retrieved from the school’s system:

  • Odoo-based Student Information System (SIS)

  • Access is restricted to authorized parent accounts only

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Data may only be shared:

  • With the school system for legitimate academic and administrative purposes

  • When required by law

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send attendance alerts.

  • Notifications are triggered by school attendance events

  • Device tokens are stored securely and may be automatically removed if invalid

  • Token-based authentication

  • Restricted access to user-specific data
